Subaru Assist
Subaru Assured customers have that extra peace of mind thanks to Subaru Assist. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, Subaru Assist provides a collection of helpful services available for the first 12 months of vehicle ownership. Along with unlimited service calls, Subaru Assist benefits include:
12 Months Roadside Assistance
For repair of mechanical and electrical problems, onsite when possible, so you can be up and running again in no time.
Towing and Transportation
In the event of a breakdown, your vehicle will be towed or transported (if the vehicle is within 50 kms of metro areas) to the nearest authorised Subaru repairer.
Accommodation
If your vehicle is immobilised due to mechanical breakdown and cannot be repaired within 24 hours, accommodation will be provided to you and four passengers (to the maximum value of $150 per night for a maximum of three nights), when the vehicle is more than 100km from home.
Vehicle Hire
If your vehicle is immobilised due to mechanical breakdown for more than 24 hours, the cost of vehicle hire will be covered for up to five days (to the maximum value of $110 including GST per day, after the first 24 hours), while the vehicle is with an authorised Subaru repairer.
